Present on the main Airbus aircrafts, and in particular on the world’s best-selling A320, PETERCEM SWITCHES microswitches have been selected by the various equipment manufacturers to provide position detection functions in the most severe environments.
The following applications can be mentioned in particular :

  • landing gear, with the integration of a microswitch in a box manufactured by Safran and installed on the A320
  • THSA, to detect when the pilot is taking over manually or on secondary tracks
  • various actuators
  • pilots’ armoured doors
  • engine pylons
